At Blaq Automotive, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure you are pleased with your purchase, whether it’s for vehicle parts, accessories, or services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase for general returns.
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery for unwanted items or incorrect fitment.
  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the website.
  • Gift cards or digital goods.
  • Products that have been installed or used, unless they are faulty or defective upon receipt.

Returns Based on Reason

  • You no longer want the part/item you purchased.

    • Log your return within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a full refund, provided that the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
    • The item does not fit your vehicle.
      • Log your return within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a full refund, provided that the item is undamaged and in its original packaging.
      • If Blaq Automotive supplied the incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
      • If you ordered the incorrect item, return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Blaq Automotive offers specific services, including installation, vehicle diagnostics, and repairs. Refunds are not provided for these services unless:

  • There was a failure to deliver the service as promised.
  • The service resulted in proven damage to the vehicle, directly attributable to Blaq Automotive.

4. Warranty Claims

Most parts come with a warranty:

  • Parts Warranty: 12-month warranty on eligible parts from the date of purchase. If a part fails within this period, it may be eligible for a replacement or repair.
  • Workmanship Warranty: 6-month warranty covering any workmanship issues in installed parts or services.

Issue: The item is faulty within its warranty period.

  • Depending on the nature of the item, you may need to provide proof of installation at an RMI-approved workshop and vehicle service maintenance records.
  • If the item is genuinely faulty, we will cover the return shipping.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. Warranty claims may require inspection by a qualified Blaq Automotive technician.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (e.g., items returned after 30 days, items with signs of wear).

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, such as for a different model or size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference between the original and exchanged item must be settled before shipping.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was sent by Blaq Automotive.

For convenience, Blaq Automotive may provide a return shipping label, with the cost deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.


8. Processing Time

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days upon receiving the item at our facility. We aim to process all requests promptly to minimize any inconvenience.
